I've worn Wolverine work…

I've worn Wolverine work boots for a few years and have liked the fit they have right out of the box. When I wanted shoes for canoe camping I didn't think of them at first and tried several other shoes (pool shoes included). While the pool shoes were great for drainage they also let in dirt. Which can make for a rough day walking. When I found the Palisades at first I balked at the price (pool shoes are a fraction of the cost) but finally decided to take the plunge. To my surprise they drained nearly as well as pool shoes and seemed to avoid letting in the abrasive dirt. They're my go to now when I know I'm going to be getting in and out of a boat.
The Palisade shoes are labeled as a water running shoe, but I use them for all water activities. I also wear them around the house, as they feel like they are air conditioned. Water drains out from sides and soles. No more bruised feet from sandals, and no more sloshing from river sandals. Wish I would have found them earlier.
