“We’ve always built kayaks for the love of the water and the adventure it brings,” said Peter Hausin, CEO of Jackson Kayak. “Eddyline shares that same passion, and together, we’re creating opportunities for paddlers of all kinds to get on the water and make memories.”
With Eddyline’s operations moving to Jackson’s headquarters in Sparta, Tennessee, the combined product lineup now includes fishing, whitewater, touring, and recreational kayaks. Eddyline’s focus on lightweight, thermoformed designs will complement Jackson’s diverse range of boats.
“Eddyline has always been about crafting beautiful, thermoformed lightweight kayaks that connect people to the water,” said Scott Holley, Eddyline’s president. “We’re excited to carry that tradition forward alongside the Jackson team.” Holley will continue in a leadership role as Head of Sales for Eddyline.
Eddyline’s kayaks will continue to be produced at Jackson’s manufacturing facility, maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that paddlers have come to expect. The partnership also aligns Eddyline with Werner Paddles, further strengthening Jackson’s commitment to growing the paddling community and supporting conservation efforts.
With this acquisition, Jackson Kayak aims to expand its reach while preserving Eddyline’s reputation for high-quality kayaks. The collaboration is expected to provide more options for paddlers, whether they seek high-adrenaline adventures or peaceful days on the water.
