These boards are durable. It's epoxy resin on top of bamboo. Then a polycarbonate coating on exterior. Honestly they are the most impact resistant wood grain boards out there. Don't listen to the anonymous reviewer on here. Dolsey has a 1 year warranty on boards. Some rails come with carbon fiber and inegra fiber.
You can whack your rail with a baseball bat and not crack them.

I love this board! Initially I figured it would help get me into wave riding then I would upgrade to something a little smaller. I have a 10'6 I think. It's been two years now and I have ridden many other sups which always increases my love for this board. Others may turn a little better however you sacrifice stability when paddling out. I have it set up as a quad which seems to be the easiest to turn. I would say it rides like a longboard and paddles like a Cadillac.
Pros
Stability- I love that I can paddle through decent sized surf and stay on the board where friends with smaller boards have much more of a challenge.
Cons
the walk back from the beach. It's a little heavy and can be a bear in the wind but I guess that's what you get with a big board.
Usage
Surfing, touring and exercise

Don't buy this board if you want it to last more than one season. I loved this board until it developed a large blister and delaminated by the end of the first season. The company does not stand by its product and offers no warranty.
Pros
Great if you are looking for a disposable one season board.
Cons
Delaminated and takes on water from the fin boxes.
Usage
Exercise and touring

This board is super light and easy to handle. It goes over small surf with no problem and glides well (I have only used it in a lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico). I don't have a lot of experience but I would say this is an intermediate level board.
Pros
Light, glides well, handles surf. It has a camera attachment, a front & back 4-tie down attachments, 5 fin placements.
Cons
Could use a better hand grip and edges scratch easy.
Usage
I have played in the waves (sitting, I am still learning) and in the lagoon. I plan to do yoga on it, I have done some poses but not a workout session yet.

I bought this board early this summer to replace a bic because i wanted something to surf with. It does catch waves better. I dont think the bamboo is very thick and does not help with deck strength at least with my 230 lbs on it as i have substantial imprints where i stand the most. I do paddle alot of upwind down winds for conditioning and have had it in mild surf waves maybe three times. I like the board but was disapointed in how soft the top was
Pros
paddles well,fairly light weight
Cons
soft top
Usage
flat water up and down wind, surf
