The front of the seat barely fits in the seat clips so any movement causes the seat to pull out.

Decent low cost fishing kayak. Nothing special but good for the price. Have to buy plugs and any track toys extra and kind of wide. Meets most needs to get out on the water and drop a line. Bought from Dicks when no one else has kayaks of any kind.

The Lifetime Teton Angler is…

The Lifetime Teton Angler is an excellent entry level fishing kayak. Low price point (got ours for 380$ at Dicks) but has many of the accessories of a higher end fishing kayak such as recessed rod holders, built in tracks for accessories and raised, extremely comfortable, seat that makes for easy hours on the water. While not sturdy enough to stand and fish, the Teton Angler is still very stable for a SOT and tracks well in flat waters. Our only complaint is the bungee system. The front bungee was broken when we picked it up. We fixed it properly only to have it break again pulling a tackle bag out from the front. However, we have already found mods for sturdier eyelets on the cheap that will solve the problem for good. Overall, for a first time kayaker looking to also throw a line, the Teton Angler is great place to start.

For a small lake or pond it is great. Windy or choppy conditions will compromise stability and tracking. Easily maneuvered. I've already caught fish in it. Easily thrown into my minivan and away I go. Great price.
