This will be my 3rd hiking bag and by far the best! Super lightweight, but not too hard on the wallet. So many options and features with lifetime warranty!

G'day mates! I Bought the Exo 58 about a year ago and it's just great! Although a squirrel ate the fabric right through the bottom while I was a swimmin'. Nonetheless, Osprey repaired it and it's as good as now! It's only negative aspect is that I rather the shoulder straps and hip belt on my Variant 52.

I know this is primarily a website based on water sports, but I decided to review this pack here considering mine is often in my front hatch or being used as a deck bag with a little help from some plastic bags and a rain fly...

I really like using it as a deck bag on long paddles because of the hydro bladder. I've got fresh water right in front of me... As far as the pack's intended use, I found mine to be insanely comfortable and really lightweight. Obviously hugely important when you're backpacking and every ounce counts.

The pack also looks great but definitely lost a few points on the shoulder strap adjusters...When mines fully loaded it's almost impossible to keep the pack high up on my back... The straps loosen every half mile or so. Super annoying but fixable with a couple slipknots in the strap itself...
