This is just a fantastic kayak! I am a huge kayak fisherman, I recently upgraded to this and it is the best I had so far. The stability is great especially since I'm a big guy "250lbs" when I cast I stay in control of this unlike all my others and can feel the stability, everything is constructed top notch, the rod holders are great. It is big enough to get my tackle boxes strapped up, and all while staying comfortable with a sturdy feel good back rest and you don't turn numb like all the others.

Unlike all other kayaks I've ever tried this one by far has the most leg room, it is simply the fisherman's Lazyboy of Kayaks! My mother is 74 and she says the same thing when she uses mine, as she seems to cramp up in hers and am definitely planning on this for her birthday as she love fishing and Kayaking

We are first-time kayakers…

We are first-time kayakers and wanted to purchase fishing kayaks. We first saw this one, but we looked around. We came back to this one and purchased two of them. Old Town's history, reputation, and reviews won us over. The quality and workmanship of these kayaks makes us feel like we got the best. I would gladly recommend Old Town - don't just let price drive your decision.
