Unusable just after 2 months of talking it to the beach. Have the Cruiser 10.5ft side top. The frame of the board did not stand up to light waves (<2ft) and it started bending just in the first week. Now the frame bent in at multiple locations. I'm well under the weight limit specs too, and when the damage started it was at the very front and I could feel that it was the shock of the waves that hit it head on. So that hundreds of dollars wasted in less than 2 months, when the cheppo board I had from another company is still going after 3+years. These Cruiser soft top paddle boards should NOT be advertised for surfing or taking them out on the ocean period.

I absolutely love the performance of this board! As an Ocean longboard surfer, I was a demanding shopper when it came to purchasing my SUP. But after extensive research and internet polling, I settled on the ISLE Cruiser. I"m happy to say, it meets all my expectations! It's extremely agile yet still stable on the water. Makes it great on glass or fast-moving water. I was impressed with its handling while going through lite rapids on the American River. The only downside so far is some small bubbling in the soft top, nothing big, but worried about the future since it just came out of the box 2 weeks ago. Overall Great Board!

I purchased 2, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. We are beginners. This board is the best beginner board we found-comparing online and to a local Hobie dealer. It is very beginner friendly and we use them on both a lake and a river. The width is wonderful in helping beginners learn properly how to paddle and maneuver the board. The soft top is the way to go,
This board rates a BIG 5!!!!!

This is a great beginner SUP. The board is easy to maneuver and control for a beginner. It is wide and stable. The weight and carry handle is perfect. The paddle is great. I compared this SUP to the Hobbie and the ISLE is the winner.
I highly recommend this board for anyone, especially beginners.

This is a great board for beginners and reasonably priced with the 2 board deal. I use it in a bay and it is very stable even when the waves get a little choppy. ISLE always has GREAT customer service. Very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Fantastic board for this beginner! Stable, wide, maneuverability are all key points that make this board perfect for heading out here in the Ocean State. As a new boarder, I was hesitant about the tipping aspect and ability to actually have fun on my first time out, but I've had so much fun learning with this board, that I haven't really needed to worry about becoming discouraged or fearful. Great choice by a great company!
Pros
Stable, lightweight, price point.
Cons
Already have a gouge in the bottom and could use an additional eye hook or otherwise for attaching a wet bag or small cooler.
Usage
Touring and exercise....2-3 times a week

I bought this board since I'm new to the sport of SUP and it seemed like a great entry level board. I've been out to a local a reservoir a handful of times and I have been pleased so far. The board is easy to use and stable enough that I've yet to fall in the water. This is a good thing as the water was in the mid-40's the first time I went.
Pros
Lightweight and easy to carry.
Good stability.
Cons
The Soft Serve Soft Top has a smooth top. It requires a little more work to stay balanced. This could be a challenge in moving water.
Usage
Casual riding

Received this soft top as a gift and I was delighted. The board is super stable and has been easy to navigate for many size paddlers over the past year. We attempted to put someone about 300lbs on it and it definitely swamped the board a little, but we expected that. It's a little slow but that's to be expected in a beginner model board. It's definitely got some dents in it, but it's held up amazingly well for the amount of use it's seen which his every weekend all day May-September. I do keep it out of the direct sun and I expect this board to last a long time. 5 stars for its category
Pros
Light weight, easy to move, very stable.
Cons
Dents easily (it's foam so that's expected), too slow to keep up with epoxy boards
Usage
Tidal creeks, ocean front with chop, exercise, raced it once and will never do that again.

I purchased the 10'8" soft top in the winter of last year while I was living in the Poconos in Pennsylvania, during the summer, I used it as my first SUP, which was great for flat water riding. Recently, I moved to Port Charlotte, Florida. Brought the board down with me, and took it out for the first time to Cayo Costa Island on the Gulf Of Mexico, Though, there isn't much surf on the Gulf Coast of Florida, it was nice to know that the Soft Serve, was able to preform in flat water, and open ocean conditions.
Pros
Wide Enough so anyone can easily stabilize themselves.
Great for beginners.
The Soft top makes for easy foot traction on the board.
Durable (To an extent)
Cons
Foam is easily pierced through if board is laid down on an hidden nail.
Fin box started protruding from board.
Usage
All Around.

Love the board! Very light weight and easy for me to put up on top of my vehicle. I like the size of it for paddling. It is narrower than I am use to, but it makes me work harder to balance which is what I am looking for. Very happy so far.
Pros
Light weight and easy for me to put up on top of my vehicle
Cons
a little narrow
