Was the only model a distant…
Was the only model a distant store had on the floor, so I took it. Thought, "Too short, too wide" . . . . Now, after 20 years in the water I've changed my mind entirely. So wide it WILL NOT TIP OVER . . never have unless I was training grandchildren. Long enough for two paddlers + very comfy passenger if you rig a short legged beach chair, etc. Can carry a bunch of weight. We named her "Toad" cause she was so fat. Have used her in no less than 22 states! Best canoe I ever had.
