- Our mission was to deliver superior durability, whilst keeping the weight at a minimum. Using a reinforced military grade PVC materials paired with heat-welded seams created the ultimate inflatable kayak. - At 4.1m in length, it has proven to be the perfect size for those who want the flexibility to paddle solo, or with a partner, allowing you to change between a single or tandem seat setup. It's shorter length means paddling solo is both manageable & responsive compared to it's longer counterpart, the AIr Glide 473. Feedback from customers asked for an inflatable that could be used both solo or with a paddle partner. The issue with the extended length 473 model is it was slower to turn, thus the 4.1m length provides the perfect balance of length for speed but shorter to allow responsive manoeuvrability.
