Is my credit card secure? uses top-notch security through a 3rd party provider. No one can ever access your personal or credit card information.


How much will shipping cost on my order? That depends on the overall weight of your package and where it is being shipped. The shipping cost is calculated before you complete your order.

How will my order be shipped? uses the US Postal service to ship 99% of the orders. Occasionally, large orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If items you ordered happen to be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. Note that COVID-19 can cause extra delays.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped? sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan, so our typical lead times are below:

Standard Delivery Time (Once your order has shipped)
Contiguous US: 2-3 days
Alaska and Hawaii: 5-6 days
Outside of the US: 7-10 days

Will I have to pay duty on my order?
Any order shipped outside of the United States could be charged duty. For Canadian orders, please refer to the Canada Border Services Agency

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan and normal shipping time is 7-10 days to Canada and 7-14 days to other countries (depending on international customs).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. For orders older than 30 days, please contact for return authorization.
