This was my first time in a kayak. I launched from the Howard Rd. boat ramp and ended my "trip" at the Cheshire Rd. boat ramp. It was a beautiful warm late afternoon with a considerable amount of other boat traffic. Even though it was challenging navigating the wake from the power boats, it was still a great time.

The Howard Rd. launch site is excellent and includes a launch ramp for those with physical limitations.
