Starting at the Wellingborough Embankment at around 13.00 on Saturday we paddled to Islip for a lovely night's stay at the Woolpack Inn arriving at around 19.30. After a delicious breakfast we set off from Islip at around 10.30am stopping off for BBQ along route to Upper Barnwell Lock arriving at 17.00. The weather was glorious an the wind was behind us. What a wonderful weekend.
