Description
Unimproved launch site is located near the Casino. Grass & gravel slope from parking lot down to water. Ample free parking available. Beautiful, calm place for a paddle even into the fall season. The paddling area is a bit limited: you can go less than half a mile upstream before it's too rocky to continue, and about half a mile downstream from the launch point to the lighthouse before there's a small waterfall drop-off. However, Cayuga Creek splits into 3 waterways around small islands between the launch point and the lighthouse, so cumulatively there's about 1.75 miles of creek you can paddle.
