Calshot Bay

Description

Calshot Spit Bay side can be a nice place to paddle on a calm day. Very tidal body of water so only really usable on high tide, be careful not to get stuck in the mud trying to get out. If caught short use Calshot Spit to exit by life boat station. From Calshot you can travel up to Ashlet creek or beyond. Paid parking on return if you park on the activity centre side. Paid parking on the other side also. Toilets available Local water sports shop on beach front. Calshot activity centre has a cafe and toilets available.
