My friend recently purchased a Jackson bite. I tried it out for a couple of hours on a river float. It tracks well and is very stable. I love the comfortable seat and it has plenty of storage room. The only con would be that it is on the heavy side. Overall it's a great kayak if you don't mind the weight.
My wife and I have used this kayak for many trips and can't say enough good things about it. Very comfortable, tracks well, pretty stable, just a great tandem kayak!
