Tools: hacksaw, measuring tape, pvc glue, 2 adjustable wrenches, cordless drill, 3/8 inch drill bit.
Parts: 1inch pvc, 2 wheels, 5/8 inch all thread, 2 nylon nuts, 2 washers, foam noodle, 4 T connectors, 2 caps
Sizes: PVC Pipes: 2 9 inch, 2 7 inch, 2 6 inch, 2 2 inch,
22 inches for the all thread
