Mackinaw 15.6'

What ever you do, do not order this canoe from Walmart.com. I made the mistake and it cost me two days of lost wages ($360.00) waiting for a shipment that never came. It was scheduled to be delivered on two different dates and you have to be at home to inspect and sign for. On both dates the canoe did not arrive. Called Wal-mart customer service and the offered me a $10.00 gift certificate. They refused to deliver the canoe to a Walmart store 7 miles from my house for me to pick up. I cancelled order and called Amazon to explain my situation. They offered me the same canoe, free shipping and 10% below the Wal-Mart price. I cut up my Wal-Mart credit card & refuse to purchase anything on line with them again. Wal-Mart uses Pilot Freight Services for shipping and they are as incompetent as Wal-Mart providing no communications on changes on products scheduled for shipment. They cost me $320.00 in lost wages for a $450.00 Canoe. Never, ever order anything bigger than a toaster that needs to be shipped from walmart.com.

Just received my Mackinaw SS 15.6' and I'm not disappointed. Made of Polyethylene and very durable. There is enough room for two people and camping gear. It tracked well through the water. The molded seats are pretty well made and act as thwarts. over all I'm very pleased with this canoe. Hoping to float on the Ozark Scenic River Way next summer. The price was very reasonable for a cane of this quality.

Great canoe! This unit is what changed my life and got me addicted to paddling!!! My sexy wife and I had many great adventures in this ride! No complaints at all!!! Stood up to severe abuse from us riding it through shallow creeks and rough water. Holds a very considerable amount of camping gear , coolers, and we have even loaded it with kids. We LOVE our Macinaw!
