This niffty little item that attaches to the door latch of most cars and trucks, and provides a nice high step to help in loading/unloading boats and gear. its great for short people or for anyone with a tall car or truck. I have seen them on tV and amazon for $40+ but you can get them for around $10 new on Ebay, I got a pair for $15. They are very rugged, cast aluminum, strong yet very light., it folds up to about the sizeof a cell phone and the thickness of a deck of cards. Easy to just throw in the glove compartment..
