A big butt piece of fleece....chopped and sewn back up into a big changing robe....hood to keep your head warm....and pockets both inside and outside to hold your clothes while you are changing, two velcroed slit to be able to put your hands out.....and get stuff in the outer pocket or to tie the hood up....
Great piece for river-beach-anywhere you might want to change without exposing too much flesh (personal preference here) to the public/weather. Like it, pretty basic...but works great!
