The worlds most comfortable…

Submitted by: mangonboat on 2/24/2020

The worlds most comfortable seat for all day paddling , with adjustable seat back position. Easy to paddle with either low or high -angle strokes, easy to customize with rod holders, anchor lines, The storage area behind the seats is perfect for scuba gear , big enough for a milk-crate tote. I re-purposed the rear wheel bracket to a hinged skeg bracket, using a SUP middle fin as the skeg...makes the 12' track and paddle like 14'. The small covered storage bin between the legs is a disappointment- the lid never stays securely on. While not the ultimate boat for any specific activity, it is suited to white water, fishing rivers, lakes and ocean, maneuverable enough for tidal creeks and mountain streams, sturdy enough to play in the breakers at the coast.

Manta Ray 12'

Submitted by: guest-paddler on 4/16/2017

This is definatelly one of the best sit on top kayaks out there . Execellet stability . Lots of option with accessories . Very easy to paddle ( not too wide ) . Lot's of storage areas . Excellet for fishing . Mine is loaded with two flush mount rod holders , one telescopic rod holder , eletronic fish finder and anchor . I still need a rudder . It will do very well without the rudder on non windy days . On strong wind days you will definatelly need a rudder . I've had mine for a few years and there's nothing bad to be said about it . On a paddle competition with high end fishing kayaks , it will put many of them to shame . The Manta Ray 14' will definatelly beat most paddling kayaks out there on it's class. The seat is very comfortable . The ride is very dry even without the scupper plugs . I only wish this exactly design had the pedal drive , it would've been the best kayak out there . 5 Stars all the way ! :shooting_star::shooting_star::shooting_star::shooting_star::shooting_star:
