The Paddling Partner® Ballast System is a portable and professional ballast stability system designed for single sea and touring kayaks with watertight bulkheads and hatch covers. Improves the stability of your kayak and allows beginners and experienced kayakers the ability to maximize the use of their boats. Patented manufactured design allows for incremental weight adjustments, providing just the right personal feel.

Paddling Partner is awesome!
Prior to installing the Paddling Partner I could not confidently paddle my kayak in even 2 feet of water. My kayak was very tippy and difficult to control.
Once I installed the system, my kayak has turned into the boat I knew it could be! Turning, edging and cutting through choppy water is effortless and I now can go in any depth with out fearing flipping over.
