Hemlock Kestrel Premium + 14’9” Kevlar solo touring canoe; weight 30lbs. (Currently showing $4,175 for a new one on Hemlock website.)
2017 model. I’m the second owner. Stored outside, but under a shed-type roof. The canoe is great on lakes but it’s a little too “tippy” feeling for me, due to its narrow profile.
The canoe has a few normal scratches on the bottom. It has one small repair and one small chip (please see photos) on the hull. The hull and Kevlar has been treated with 303 Aerospace Protectant and the wood parts with Tru-Oil (tung oil)
Includes the following extras:
- Two seats—a wider one for sitting and paddling and a narrower one to mount higher, more designed for kneeling and can be used with a canoe paddle or kayak paddle.
- It has an adjustable footbrace installed, adjustable from about 24” to 33” from the edge of the canoe seat.
- Comes with Werner two-piece carbon Skagit FG kayak paddle.
