This is a Nautiraid Grand RAID II 500 Exp Wood folding skin-on-frame kayak in good condition. Nautiraid makes folding kayaks for the French military and this is the civilian version, equally robust. You could compare it to the German made Klepper, but there are design differences. You can find information on the internet, including videos on YouTube that show how it is assembled.
I purchased it direct from the manufacturer in the early 90s, used it for some years, and passed it on to a friend who then passed it back to me. We are both now in the time of life when we need lighter weight boats. In the heyday of sailing conversions, these were a popular model to convert. I have another, the 540, that I converted to sail and used for many years. It is in a different part of the world and not available for sale.
This kayak is free to a serious person who can pick it up in Tallahassee FL. I have gotten more than my money's worth out if it and am happy to pass it on. I tried to put FREE and $0 as the price, but Paddling.com seems to insist on a higher price so I have put $1.
