Fiberglass composite Recluse kayak, authentic Greenland style with hard chines and a “V” bottom for sale. Greenland designed boats have low windage because they sit low in the water not exposing the sides of the boat to the wind. It can be paddled with either a euro or a Greenland paddle. The fiberglass model is the exact same dimensions as the marine wood version, 19 ft long, 20.5 in. wide and 11 in. deep. It has the smaller ocean cockpit (16”x22.5”) with a wide cockpit rim to hold your spray skirt. It is white with turquoise strip on the side. The weight is 50 lbs. I am selling because I purchased the marine wood version for the weight savings. This boat is fast and tracks strait without the use of a skeg or rudder. There are a forward and stern bulkhead with round 8” Beckson covers. These boats are very seaworthy in all types of water conditions. Deck lines and hatch covers are in very good condition. The boat has been stored inside. The boat was built in Oscoda Michigan. (pictures will be coming)
