Starting our trip was fun but quickly turned into dread after leaving from Mark Blair park in West Epping. Tree after tree littered the river from felled trees or beaver dams causing us to get out and walk the kayak at multiple locations. The class I and class II rapids were fun, but getting stuck on tree after tree made for a less enjoyable run. The river is surrounded with more nature then houses so that's a positive. We made our run from Mark Blair park down to Rt. 125 bridge about a 3.7 mile run.
