Trip Overview

I didn't have all day, but I wanted to go for an hour paddle on my SUP. I went to Bonny Eagle Pond in Buxton on a very very hot day. I went earlier enough in the day so that it was quite pleasant on the water.

I was the only boat out on the pond, and I didn't see anyone at all in the early part of the paddle. By the end, people were sitting on their decks enjoying coffee, and waved to me. I saw a loon.

I paddle around the pond - it took me slightly less than an hour at a leisurely pace. Maybe 3 miles total?
