This is a private resort that allows launching and parking for a fee. We park here when we go on overnight kayak camping trips in Tomales Bay. The fee is $20 per day. No need to call for a reservation, just go to the office when you get there.
The launch is from a sandy beach. At low tide, there is a narrow strip of beach that extends into the water that allows you to launch without sinking to your ankles in mud.
