Parking but only for a short time in the summer. A few little put in points plus the actual beach. Nice and calm usually but is the sea so can be choppy. Usually a few kids and paddle boards in the summer. A few kayaks going around Rough Island (about a 1.5 mile trip around. Watch the tides! It comes in and out about a mile. Put in an hour or so before and be off an hour or so after or you’ll have a long walk across the sands.
Oh there is a loo/ toilet, at least in the high season. No bathrooms or showers.
