Description

This is shown as Menetre Park Public Boat Launch on Google Maps. There is also a sign for Menetre Park at the launch. If you go left from the launch, you’ll be going upstream on Bogue Falaya with less boat traffic. If you go to the right, and then take the first left into Abita River there is also less traffic and more wildlife to see. (Also, going right is downstream, so you’ll be paddling upstream coming back.)
