Description

Beach spreads from 18st to 19th st. red curbs and driveway on 18th for easy water access. road to ~4foot wall on 19th (with 20 min curb paint) vs a dock with a short ramp to it, moderate incline. Sand is about 10 yards. Cost $5.15 for 2 hours after 8 AM, credit card only. Bathrooms on 19th St. See other Balboa/Newport Bay great descriptions of the area.
