I've owned the Jackson Coosa HD for 2 years now. Fish out of it regularly, mostly on small lakes & large ponds. I love the stability and maneuverability of the kayak. The seat is very comfortable & includes the lumbar support & small cooler bag conveniently placed on seat back. I have yet to attempt to fish any rivers, but look to soon. It is all I was looking for in a fishing kayak and more. Plenty of nice accessories for the fisherman. Rod tips are protected in the bow "tusks", drag chain channel in stern and plenty of storage space. Gear tracks, rod stagers, a spooling station console, fish grips, braid cutter and Ram ball rod holder came standard along with a GoPro goose neck & Solar Station ready accessories (which I have not used yet). I have rigged an anchor trolley, zig-zag cleat and added an Engel 19 dry box/cooler with rod holders in the tank well with room to spare for my anchor system and drift sock. It fits & transports easily in my short bed Silverado with my T-Bone bed extender. I use my bicycle tire canoe carrier to load, wheel and launch my kayak. If necessary, there is room behind tank well to store the carrier wheels with bungees. The only complaint I have is the Coosa HD's weight at 85+ pounds. So far I can still handle transport on my own, but it's definitely easier with a fishing buddy' help! All in all, it meets and exceeds my expectations for a fishing kayak. Mike (age 62) New Jersey
