This paddle has been used in more World and Olympic Championships than any other paddle. It is appropriate for Olympic athletes and weekend warriors who demand the best. This paddle is available with a flat blade or a curved blade, which was developed first by Mitchell in 1989 for the World Championship on the Savage River. Blades feature an aluminum tip, fiberglass rope edged and a wood core covered with either fiberglass or carbon fiber. Shaft available in carbon fiber or wood with optional fiberglass sleeve.
