The Shubu XRocket performs…

Submitted by: guest-paddler on 4/6/2016
The Shubu XRocket performs wonderfully in all conditions. I have taken this board across the world and paddled in many various conditions and it performed great in open water chop, had great glide in the flats and the square tail was great for picking up bumps. I prefer the 11'6 size to the longer 12'6 inflatables out there for the saving of overall weight when traveling. I also found that glide difference is barely noticeable to the 12'6. The forward handles on the nose are a nice touch by Boardworks as well. Overall the best all around shape, size and performance of any inflatable I have paddled. Pros Cons Usage Touring, exercise, world travel, sharing with friends,

Very quick inflatable SUP.…

Submitted by: guest-paddler on 4/5/2016
Very quick inflatable SUP. Easier to manage than a longer 12'6 or 14' board, without losing much glide. Durable construction. Versatile and works well on lakes, rivers, oceans. I think this board best suits someone looking to paddle for fitness and recreation. It has a square tail, which helps with stability when stepping to the tail of the board. Pros - durable - great glide - stable - Cons Usage - touring - fitness
