HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I am just at 220 pounds and thought this would be an improvement in stability over my 12'6" Supusa hard board. It is 8" wider and is a planing board. At maximum air pressure the board still flexes, undulating over waves. It depresses under the feet so you are trying to balance in a hammock. I have owned inflatables from Tower and Xterra and they were solid under all conditions. This board is scary soft. The dealer suggested to let it sit on the water to cool, then pump again up to 15 lbs. That helped a little but didn't solve the problem. Pros Easy to tote and inflate. Solid construction. Folds to a small package. Doesn't show marks from rocks and paddle scuffs. Cons Flexing in use makes it very unstable. Somewhat better for yoga versus actual paddling. Usage Flatwater touring, exercise

Tested on lake. Approx wind 6-8 mph. Provided straight tracking, difficult in higher wind areas to maneuver, provided good stability on choppy waves and boat traffic, board seemed 'soft' may have needed more air for rigid feel. First inflatable I've tried. Overall, would try again if air pressure was right. Pros Straight tracking nice for long distances Cons Rigidity of board (feet arches started hurting) may have needed more air. Usage Touring

As a paddler over 250lbs I bought the NRS Baron 6 because I knew it would support me and still give me the performance I wanted in a SUP. I've been very happy with it as it has performed wonderfully on both lakes and rivers. I'd highly recommend it. Pros Very Stable Supports larger paddlers Great for yoga Durable Space for tying in a dry bag at front. NRS is excellent to work with Cons Usage Lakes Light rivers
