Trip Overview
A shorter trip between Yarker to the dam at Colebrook. I go here when I don't have time for a longer trip. Part of the Napanee River. A mix of populated area near the villages and quiet unpopulated parts in between. Some wildlife.
Safety Notes
Try this route later in the spring as the Napanee river has strong currents early in the spring. Calm water late spring. Also when launching go left towards the tressel bridge. If you go right towards the highway bridge there is a waterfall.
Gear Notes
Suitable for basic kayaks
