Trip Overview
This is a 1/2 day guided paddle tour approx. 2.5 miles each way. Natural History of the island. Beach landing at Willow Cove, snorkel 'Mike Nelson Rock', film site of many 'Sea Hunt' episodes, picnic and relax before the paddle back.
Descanso Beach Ocean Sports (DBOS) Catalina Island Expeditions is located at the Descanso Beach Club, 15 min walk from the boat landing.

Gear Notes
All equipment provided, double or single sit-on-top kayaks (pfd's etc.) Water sandals if you don't have them, windbreakers as needed. Summer or full wetsuits depending on season. Bring your own towels, dry bags provided.
Conditions
Paddling along the coast, lee shore, no surf, some fun offshore rocks. Generally no current, sometimes afternoon NW wind chop (behind you on return)
