Trip Overview

Four of us,(adults)checked into our cabin at Twin Bridges Campground @ intersection of Hwy's 181 & 14 on Friday. Grabbed a great burger at the Pavilion, little outdoor eatery at Twin Bridges Campground. Wasn't overly crowded, Boy Scout troop and Church group camping....my kind of camping neighbors. Cabin and facilities clean and comfortable.

Floated Saturday, kayaks and a canoe, from Hebron access to camp site. 5 mile float, took about 4 hours. Great float. Twin Bridges Canoe/Campground very well managed. Going back next month to do a longer kayak float.

Directions:

From Springfield, Mo., Hwy 60 east about an hour, Hwy 181 south about 40 minutes, come to a tee at Hwy 14, Twin Bridges directly in front of you.
