The difficult part of paddling this lake is dragging your kayak up the side of the dam to put in. If you have some sort of dolly to help haul the boat up the hill it helps. It was windy so it it took a little more effort to get to the back of the lake.
Fishing wasn't too bad caught 5 bass. Just as the fish started biting I heard thunder so I headed back to the launch site and headed home.
