Trip Overview

Waramaug Lake is located in the towns of Kent, Warren, and Washington in Litchfield County. A natural lake that has been dammed to raise the level, the shoreline is quite developed. Public access is from Lake Waramaug State Park. You can park by the shore with your blinkers on while you drop the boat and then go into the lot. When I was there, I was surprised that for all the homes and boats docked there was almost no traffic. On a mild August Saturday! It was a great trip!
