Trip Overview

Was looking for quick after-work trip. Using Google Earth, I found that this was about 3.5 miles. We put in on Williams Rd, at "Three Creeks Metro Park" (Alum Creek.) Kayaked down Alum and joined in with Walnut Creek.

The trip was real easy and pretty fast. Plenty of nature and untouched land, even though it was in this part of Columbus. Seen about 3-4 Deer playing in creek and getting a drink, also was about 5 yards from a beaver. We kayaked down to Groveport Rd.

This is a fast easy trip, if you're looking to go after work, and not be out to late.

Accommodations:

Restrooms at the park in case you need to go before trip starts. Plenty of parking at the park, and a nice pull off spot at Groveport Rd.
