I kayaked down Valley Creek from Powder Plant Rd. in Bessemer down to the first bridge on Johns Rd.

Trip was great until I reached the bridge; trees and debris have gathered and dammed the river making nearly impossible to pass.

I just wanted to share this information so you can be prepared for this should you decided to float this river.
