Quiet and easy place to go paddling. Lots of parking (sufficient for at least 10 cars), easy access to the water although entry is from shore - no dock or wall. River / creek is probably 30-50+ feet wide (gets a bit narrower going upstream - I don't think you can get past El Jobean Rd (776). Very quiet area. I expected more wildlife but only saw maybe a dozen birds (although you could hear many others). The parking location provided here is accurate, if you simply follow Google Maps directions to Tippecanoe Environmental Park, it brings you to the walking trail which is quite a way from the launch point / water.
