Stissing Lake is a small lake whose circumference can be paddled in about an hour or so. The lake makes up for size in a wonderful view of Stissing Mountain. We paddled during Fall when the colors were turning so this detracted from the few houses on the lake and a nearby road. Stay away from paddling through the lilly pads as one can get caught up in the submerged root network.
