Decent size lake to kayak in. It's long, so there was a wind going the length of the lake, which was tough on the way out, but helped with going back. The lake runs right next to Durham road, which has a fair bit of truck traffic, so it was a bit noisy. The parking area is limited, but there is unpaved space for more parking, which is fine for a kayak (maybe 10-15 total vehicles), though boaters may have more difficulty. One porta-potty on site.
