Park car at George Winter Park, paddle to take-out near Arnold City Park, take Lyft back to car, drive to pick up kayak. Arnold City Park reviews say the concrete boat ramp has been washed away but I don't see why that would stop a kayaker, so will have to check it out in person first. If that's unusable, can go to Flamm City Boat Launch which is well-developed.
