Left Ansonia, paddled to Blackwell. Conditions were perfect, temperature, as well as creek level. We spotted 3 bald eagles, 2 deer, one turkey!
I wouldn’t have wanted to see water level any lower than it was. We hit some rocks in various places. USGS water levels were “green / normal”.
