Trip Overview
Excellent relaxed paddle along the canal from Whitchurch. Parked at the small free car park and carried inflatable board down to the canal.
On a sunny Saturday there were plenty of canal boats out, but all were considerate water users.
It’s a lovely route down to the south west, once you get past the Aldi!
Portage Notes
Need to port over a couple of bridges, unless a canal boat opens them for you.
