This is a rural lake with a road on one side and houses for a good portion of the shore. Large parking area, restroom (dirty and no toilet paper), easy beach or boat launch put in. There were several power boats pulling inner tubes. Also smaller fishing boats. Plenty of room for all (Monday afternoon with great weather). Boats need to slow after 3:30 pm. No charge to use the launching area but you do need a Discover Pass. We were not on the water for five minutes when an osprey dived in for a meal.
