First time kayaking in Oak Island, NC and it's been a great trip! Definitely seen a side of the island I've never seen before! As a beginner I didn't really think it was hard on the intracoastal water way we haven't been in the ocean with the kayaks but me and my son are considering it. The one thing you have to watch is the tide level, you can get stranded on the bottom before you realize it. Over all it's been a good trip!😁
