This is a great stretch of the White River. I have seen Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, a Juvenile Bald Eagle, a Great Horned Owl, Belted Kingfishers, Cormorants, Hawks, Banded Snakes and countless turtles. There are quite a few spots to fish. It is about 11 miles long and getting in and out of the river is not difficult.
